Refund Policy 

Participants are eligible for a refund if a written cancellation notice is expressed at least eight (8) business days prior to the workshop date. Please note: a non-refundable $50 administrative fee will apply if the registration was paid by cheque, or $100, if the registration was paid by credit card. To cancel a workshop, participants can submit their notice to info@intersol.ca and quote the workshop number and date. If written notice has not been provided within the eight-day cancellation window, participants will receive credit for the full value of the workshop toward another workshop of their choice that is of equal or lesser value.

Credits are also issued if a participant needs to postpone their attendance or does not attend on the registered date for unexpected circumstances. A credit of full workshop value will be held in their name for use up to one (1) year of the purchase date, with no administrative penalty. For workshops canceled due to COVID, the one-year credit expiration will be waived.
