The Intersol Group started in 1989 as a group of professional facilitators in the heart of the nation’s capital helping organizations realize a shared direction. A bilingual team of world-class facilitators, we facilitate meaningful discussions that eventually transform into decisions, policies, guidelines, and other powerful drivers of change. We provide consulting services to organizations across Canada in strategic planning, change management, organizational transformation and design, facilitation and stakeholder engagement/consultations. As leaders in facilitation, it’s no surprise that we gravitated to teaching others this important skill. The desire to educate others on the utility and effectiveness of facilitation grew until we formed the Learning and Development branch of Intersol. For over 25 years, we’ve been delivering facilitation and core leadership skills training to all levels in both the private and public sector. Our objective has always been to empower teams to reach their full potential, and to transform organizations, starting with their people. This means teaching the skills to maximize team effectiveness, facilitate groups and meetings, and navigate challenging topics.
