Collaboration and Teamwork
Consulting work often gets a bad rap. Contrary to popular belief, it's not about “hustling” or dollar amount, and although we might not provide traditional care services, we have the same goal of helping people. The difference in our consulting practice is our philosophy of collaboration. We know we work smarter together and we've built a reputation teaching our clients to adopt this very skill.
Learning & Knowledge Transfer
Our consultants may specialize in different areas, or practice specific techniques, but they all have one thing in common: a growth mindset. We believe that no matter how many years we have in practice, we are never done learning. We want to share our knowledge with our clients and colleagues, and gain new knowledge at every turn. Seniority might come from experience, but we believe everyone has a valuable contribution to a project, and that belief is the driving force behind our strong team approach.
Work with Meaning
If you ask our senior consultants why they continue to do this work after 30 years, they will tell you the same thing, because it’s meaningful. Facilitators get to work on topics that bring impactful change, or with organizations that do really cool stuff, and, well, that’s not a bad way to earn a living. The fact is, our people are passionate because they found purpose, and it’s one of the most rewarding parts of our work.
