Cancellation Policy
What happens if you need to cancel?
Participants are eligible for a refund if a written cancellation notice is expressed at least eight (8) business days prior to the workshop date. Please note: a non-refundable $50 administrative fee will apply if the registration was paid by cheque, or $100, if the registration was paid by credit card. To cancel a workshop, participants can submit their notice to info@intersol.ca and quote the workshop number and date. If written notice is provided less than eight (8) business days before the workshop, participants will receive credit for the full value of the workshop toward another workshop of their choice that is of equal or lesser value. A credit for the full workshop value will be held in their name for use up to one (1) year of the purchase date, with no administrative penalty. The credit may be transferred to another individual.
What happens if the course is cancelled by Intersol?
Under rare, urgent or extreme circumstances (like a global pandemic), Intersol reserves the right to cancel any public training workshop. At Intersol, we understand the value of time and we take your commitment to our courses very seriously. We do our very best to ensure there are backup trainers for all possible emergencies.
For workshops canceled by Intersol, participants will be provided with a credit for the full value of their workshop and the one-year credit expiration will be waived. Credits can be transferred to other individuals.
