We understand that everyone faces different demands in their day-to-day lives. For many, trying to focus at your kitchen table, with kids and pets might not be a practical way to learn. That’s why we’ve designed our Become an Effective Facilitator to meet a more flexible schedule. This six-week course will enhance your engagement skills both in-person and online.

Our flagship facilitation course trains government teams and departments in the tools we use to make group decisions efficiently and effectively both online and in person. Graduates of our flagship course learn the following core competencies recognized by the International Association of Facilitators (IAF):

  • Guide groups to appropriate and useful outcomes

Facilitation is just one of our many leadership skills courses.
