Course Description

This course equips learners with the key concepts, strategies and techniques that every facilitator should master. They will walk away with guidance on designing structured yet flexible meetings that foster engagement and achieve results, as well as the confidence to lead discussions in person, virtually or in hybrid settings.

Participants will engage in an interactive and hands-on learning experience that includes:

• Trainer modeling of effective facilitation behaviours
• Individual reflection
• Small group and paired discussions
• Practice exercises
• Expert facilitator insights and lessons
• Peer feedback
• A reference manual to support continued application beyond the course

Target Audience
