Julie Fillion

Senior Consultant, Facilitator and Coach

Julie joined Intersol in 2007 after a successful twenty year career in the Federal Public Service, including ten years spent in management positions in scientific and regulatory settings. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Waterloo and a Masters in Public Administration from l’École nationale d’administration publique.

In addition to being a Certified Professional Coach, Julie is a Certified Professional Facilitator™, with the International Association of Facilitators. She also obtained a certificate in positive psychology to apply new ideas, tools and insights that can help her clients succeed. She enjoys working with leaders who strive to lead with vision and purpose and make the best of the challenges and opportunities they encounter.

Julie is fluently bilingual. She applies a powerful combination of listening, analysis and planning skills to meet her client’s strategic, operational and project planning needs as well as to help groups share ideas and make decisions. She has significant experience in the preparation of reports for a variety of meetings and other initiatives.
