Brin Sharp

Brin joined the Intersol team in 1996, following a highly successful career as an operational commander and pilot in the Royal Air Force. With more than 30 years of experience in leadership development, crisis management, strategic planning, project management, facilitation, public consultation and training, Brin brings to his clients a unique blend of motivational leadership and hard-won operational experience.

He uses real-life examples, practical models and a keen sense of humour to help people develop and grow into effective leaders and managers. Working with front-line workers and senior staff alike, he achieves lasting results through highly interactive group training sessions and one-on-one coaching. He is certified by the International Association of Facilitators as a Professional Facilitator, and he is skilled at helping groups of people effectively and efficiently work through difficult issues and realize their stated objectives.

Since joining Intersol, Brin has worked with a wide variety of public and private sector clients, as well as NGOs and not-for-profits. In addition to his regular facilitation and consulting work, Brin leads Intersol’s highly acclaimed facilitation training program, and in the last 20 years over 2,000 people have developed their own facilitation skills with his coaching and guidance.
