About the Course
Working from home has brought on a new set of challenges to the way we work, which requires a revised set of tools to prioritize tasks, manage distractions, and set boundaries between work and life.
Self-Management Habits have a direct impact on employee performance, engagement, and well-being. This virtual workshop is designed to help participants create an optimal routine working from home and realize the Self-Management Habits they need to optimize their performance.
Course duration: Full-day
For who: Federal Public Servants or busy professionals who desire to improve their Self-Management Skills to better work from home.
This course is delivered using Internet-Based Video Conferencing, specifically Zoom Meetings.
A pulse survey will be distributed before the virtual workshop; and handouts for improved learning and one-on-one follow-ups to develop sustainable results will be shared.

Upon completion of this course participants will:
- Optimize their performance working from home
- Learn how to set boundaries between work and life to increase productivity
- Manage distractions from kids, household members, messages, etc.
- Maximize energy levels to perform at their best
