The Learning and Development Series

A true learning culture is generally more productive. It reduces employee turnover, prepares people leaders with the right skill set and enables resiliency, innovation and a readiness for change.

The way we connect and engage is in transformation and as such, a commitment to support professional and personal growth is increasingly important to grow and thrive in the forever-changing world of work.

The Online Leaning and Development Series is designed to support the main principals of a learning culture. The series teaches the set of organizational values, processes, and practices that continuously unlock the potential of people and contribute to the success of the organization as a whole, as they learn and add new skills.

Course Outline

All courses are 2 hours long with some pre and post work, and are held every Friday with one session available in the morning from 9.00 am to 11.00 am, and one in the afternoon from 2.00 pm to 4 pm.

Leading Self – 3 Modules

From October 16, 2020 to November 20, 2020

The aim of this series is to bridge  the connection between personal development and high performance through Emotional Intelligence/Relational foundational skills.

Leading Others – 4 Modules

From January 22, 2021 to April 02, 2021

This series takes you from transactional to transformational interactions -creating the space for people to become their best selves within a team.
