Lean Yellow Belt Workshop (10252)

Workshop Focus:

The yellow Belt workshop is aimed at individuals and organizations who want to develop a deeper understanding of Lean and its associated methodologies. This workshop provides participants with the knowledge required to fully participate in Lean events. At the conclusion of the workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Describe the fundamental Lean concepts, techniques and principles;
  • Describe how Lean thinking differs from traditional thinking;
  • Identify ten different types of waste;
  • Understand the concept of the flow of value to the customer / client;
  • Understand the differences between Flow and Batch processing;
  • Describe the utility of an enterprise Value Stream Mapping;
  • Describe common Lean tools used to support the Lean effort.
